1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • All tags and labels intact

  • Hygiene stickers attached (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear without hygiene liners

  • Underwear

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards


3. Proof of Purchase

Please provide one of the following:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Order number

  • Email or phone number used at checkout

  • Original receipt

  • Payment screenshot (you may hide personal info)

Include this when contacting our support team.


4. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@grisclothing.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return

We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing times vary by payment provider


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items

  • Wrong size or color (subject to availability)

Email support@grisclothing.com to request an exchange.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


8. Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
